Founded in 2020 peak pandemic, Innovative Aesthetics finally opened its doors for production in 2021. Since then, we have moved to our new location in Medford NY with the intention of expanding the lab’s capability and extending our service to more providers.

Jared Fox

Coming from a career in aviation as a corporate jet pilot, Jared entered the dental industry in 2016 with intentions of helping his father, Jeffrey Fox DDS, former owner of Pure Dental in Manorville, NY. Jared trained with multiple labs in Buffalo, NY and led a solo operation at Pure Dental’s in house lab for a while before hiring and training a small team of technicians to join his operation there. Jared immersed himself in all stages of production from digital CAD design, CAM milling as well as all stages of refinement and finishing. In one year, he went from manufacturing single crowns to full All on Four restorations. After Jared's father retired, he ventured out to build and manage a dental lab from the ground up for a corporate chain of dental offices where he hired, trained and directed a full staff of technicians until the Pandemic of 2020. Forcing the doors to be shut and no certainty as to if and when it would be running again, Jared was left unemployed. This uncertain time led Jared to pursue his own dental lab with guidance and motivation from his father. His focus this time, to cater more exclusively to dentists and bridge the gap (no pun intended) between lab and clinic. The result: Innovative Aesthetics Dental Lab.
